My professional journey spans roles as a care home manager, probation officer, operations manager and project manager, giving me a unique blend of organisational expertise, communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful and sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
I have addressed audiences of 500+ , sponsored and presented at award ceremonies, and have extensive experience in planning and coordination. Over the years I have supported families and individuals through both the joyful milestones and moments of loss.
